Q: Which method avoids monopoly sellers?
A: Since Ingram is apparently owned by Amazon, the paperback options are equally fraught. Ordering through your local bookseller will take a while, but helps keep them in business. Ordering an electronic version from the seller avoids the Amazon monopoly.
